Dr. Muhammad Auwal Sule (EC), NPGISL A Nigerian national in his early 50s from Kaduna State, Dr. Muhammad Auwal Sule is a seasoned professional with Cutting edge expertise in Global Security Challenges and Prospect, Nigeria Security Architecture Challenges and Economy Infrastructure, Cyber Crime and Security Administration, International Trades Complex Bi-lateral and multi-lateral Negotiation Skills, Public Policy Analysis, Defence Analysis, Diplomatic Analysis, Risk and Loan Management Expert, Structural Development Expert and Public Relations. For nearly two decades, he has served as Member of the Board, Vice President and Executive Chairman of privately owned international O&G Companies and several companies both local and abroad.
He is a holder of Ph.D. degrees in: “international Business & Public Policy”, Dr. International Certified Risk Management Professional UK, he also holds Ph.D. in Development Studies and Master’s Degrees In “Commercial Law”, “Law Enforcement & Criminal Justice as well as “International Relations & “Diplomacy”. In addition, he is a Chartered Management Consultant (CMC), a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and an accredited Fellow with: International Management Consultants (FIMC), Institute of Finance (FCIFC), Institute of Loan & Risk Management (FCILRM), Institute of Management & Leadership (FCIML)·, Senior Research Fellow Institute for Commerce Research and Enterprises Development (ICRED), International Institute of Professional Security (UPS) and a Chartered Educator (FCE). Further, he has attended Executive Development Seminars across Europe and the USA in specialized topics within the Oil& Gas, Renewable Energy and Shipping Industries.

Dr. Muhammad A. Sule has been investigating extensively and quietly the challenges of the Security Sector in Nigeria, for many years. The topic has also been the subject matter of his PhD at the Kampala international University (2020, Uganda) where he wrote a handbook with his observations of the weaknesses, risks -current and developing- and proposal to address them in the short and longer term. His Thesis’ title was “National Security Challenges and Economic Infrastructure dangers”. Unfortunately, most of his predictions became a reality of the recent years as the consequence of not addressing the roots of the problem and not methodically creating an organized and cross-national response by: “pairing the inroads already available through the traditional local hierarchies with modern surveillance and intelligence technologies”. This was the key element of his proposals for the modern National Security Architecture that he recommends since. In addition to his wide educational background across several fields, including of course Intelligence, Security, Criminal Investigations, Risk Management, Public Policy, Diplomacy and Commercial Law, Dr. M. A. Sule has remained active and committed in the broader Security sector, through his parallel practical engagement at modern Intelligence / Surveillance international companies. His long term, active engagements are: 1) GSF Technologies Ltd: Exclusive Regional Associate (WAFR), 2014-current. GSF is a European Technologies trading company based out of Athens Greece, specializing in the creation and importing of security applications on security matters. Indicatively, GSF was vetted by US Agencies and awarded by “Athens Olympics 2004” the (successful) implementation of its fixed frequency jamming technology to protect the populous Metro (Subway) stations and other main events from the dangers of remotely triggered IEDs. GSF was among the early adopters and marketers of Drone Surveillance solutions and other Wireless technologies, while it focuses in custom-made / solution-specific security applications as per end-user needs. 2) Business Risk Consultancy “BRC” Sarl, Luxembourg: Authorized Commercial Representative & Consulting Associate for Nigeria (2018 – current). BRC is a leading International Investigator company of 25 years, based out of Europe, focused in anti-counterfeit, intellectual property protection and Financial Fraud /Funds Recovery investigations. BRC’s relationship with Dr. M.A. Sule though his private Consulting company NPGIS Ltd (est. 2005) in Nigeria, is running seamlessly since 2018, and covers several highly confidential assignments.

In 2019 he was awarded with the “ICON award” for “Vision & Excellence”, by the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria. His early career focused in Global Security Challenges and Prospect, Economy Infrastructural Failure and Prospect, Regional Economy Infrastructure Disorder and Prospect, Nigerian Security Infrastructure Challenges and Prospect, Mastering National Security Coordination in the 21st Century; National Security Challenges; Global Diplomatic Engineering as a tool for Economy Liberation in Nigeria and Africa; the logistics & Operations of the Crude Oil Sector; based out of Nigeria, while addressing the whole W/African and S/African regions.
Later, he was drawn to the Commercial, Business Development, Project Financing and Investment a tool for National Development and Legal Engineering International Business spectrum. ln these he was engaged for several International Projects based out of Dubai, London and the U.S. East-coast. An entrepreneurial spirit, he has Initiated and participated in many start-up projects, spearheading the “Business Development’’ function. His vision within Nigerian Security Architectural Engineering, the Global Energy & Infrastructure, international investment domains has been to ensure the long-term growth of the projects that he has contributed in, by optimizing their efficiency and profitability.
